When can I Exchange, SWAP, and purchase extra tickets for the season?

Once you receive your season ticket package in the summer, members will have priority access to Exchange, SWAP, and Purchase tickets. 

What is the difference between an Exchange and a SWAP?

EXCHANGE

  • An Exchange is designed for the member that does not want to miss out on seeing the show but cannot attend on their regular scheduled performance.
  • The Concierge are happy to assist with exchanging you to another performance of the same show. There is no limit to the number of times you may exchange your tickets during the season.  

SWAP TWO

  • SWAP TWO is all about building flexibility into your membership.   You may choose to SWAP out of a show for a number of reasons, whether you are not interested in a particular show or you will be traveling for the entire run of a show.  We do encourage members to read up on the content advisory available on each show page at FABULOUSFOX.COM and for more detailed information you can search the show title on Wikipedia. 
  • When SWAPing or exchanging tickets, the value of the original tickets will be applied to the new selection: if there is a variation in price, the difference will be due at that time. 
  • It is our goal to reseat you in the membership area.  This is only possible if seating becomes available by other members exchanging and SWAPing. 

How do I request a seat relocation or move to a different performance time?

To request a seat relocation, you must first renew your current seats. Seat relocations may be possible only if other members do not renew. Seat relocations are reviewed in the order of years of continued commitment to the membership program.  All requests will be reviewed.  Seat relocations will take place after the completion of the renewal process and can take up to eight weeks.  To fill out the relocation form after you have renewed your current seats, CLICK HERE

Where do I Park?

  • Reserved Broadway Club Membership parking is located on the first floor of the Fox Garage. 
  • Members will enter and exit through the west entrance (blue). 
  • Give your show-specific parking pass to the parking attendant as you enter the garage.
  • Blue parking passes for all Broadway Series ticket shows were included in your ticket packet.
  • Parking is included when purchasing the Broadway Specials.
  • When additional parking is needed for any of the Broadway Series shows, concerts, or other types of performances, reserved first floor garage parking may be purchased for $18 by contacting the Fox Club Membership Office.
  • For your safety, we ask that you use the main pedestrian door when exiting and entering the garage and also the designated cross walk when crossing Washington Ave. 

Who parks in the lot right next to the theatre?

  • The parking lot immediately surrounding the theatre building serves as the reserved parking area for our Fox Club Luxury Box Members. This area is also shared with our accessible needs guests and is at ADA standards along with the production vehicles needed for the touring shows.   

What time do the Fox Club doors open?

  • The Fox Club entrance opens 2 hours before show time.  There are very rare occasions the door may open one hour before show time. This is normally for a children’s show and when there is not enough turnaround time between shows.  If that is the case, your ticket envelope will have a special sticker noting the time change. 
  • As you make your way under the black canopy entrance, you will be greeted by The Fox Club Doorperson.  Be sure to have your Fox Club tickets ready.  Only those with Fox Club tickets may enter the Fox Club.  Those with general tickets will be directed to the main entrance on Grand Ave.  As you enter the Fox Club Doors, our Greeter will scan your tickets and our security will do a quick wand and bag check.  The following items are prohibited: food and beverages, firearms, knives, laptops and IPads.  
  • If you have a dining reservation, the host will check you in at the top of the stairs. 
  • The Fox Club level is the only level of the theatre open 2 hours before show. You can access other areas of the theatre, like the Grand Lobby and Peacock Alley on the 4th floor once the main lobby doors have opened.
  • Seating for all theatre levels will begin approximately 30 minutes before show time. 

What are the dining options and are reservations required?

The Fox Club is the perfect place to enjoy pre-show dining and is exclusive to those with Fox Club tickets.  Pre-show dining is available for both matinee and evening performances and reservations are required for both dining rooms.

  • Top of the Grand Stairs – offers a magnificent view of the Grand Lobby.   
  • The Fox Club Lounge –   overlooks Grand Boulevard
    • Both dining rooms feature the same menu and offer soups, sandwiches, appetizers, full entrees and desserts.

  • Confirmation calls and/or emails are made to those with reservations the day or two before your scheduled event.  If you do not receive a confirmation and are anticipating a reservation, please contact our office.  
  • The Fox Club accepts all major credit cards and cash for food and beverage purchases.
  • Our Culinary Team is more than happy to accommodate any food allergy or dietary need.  Simply let the Concierge know when booking your reservation. Our Executive Chef would be delighted to personally speak with you regarding your special needs.
  • We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes.  However, you are welcome to call the Membership Office to let us know you are coming.  If you get our voicemail, simply leave a message.  We are checking regularly and will relay your message to the Fox Club Manager. 
  • Depending on the time of your arrival, the menu could be limited to ensure you will be in your seats for the start of the show.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the membership office so that we can accommodate other members on the waitlist.
  • Dining in the Fox Club is strictly for those with Fox Club tickets. Due to capacity, we cannot provide club access and amenities like dining for additional season ticket shows. 

Can I access the Fox Club at intermission?

  • Yes!  You have about 15 minutes to reach the Fox Club level, use the restroom, get a fresh drink, and return to your seats … and it can be done! 
  • We suggest you leave your seats by way of walking to the front of the theatre towards the Orchestra Pit, turn to your left and walk up the far south aisle to the back of the theatre or turn right and walk up the north side to access the elevator.  Spiral stairs are located at the rear of the auditorium leading to the glass door entrances on the Fox Club Level.
  • Please be sure to bring your Fox Club ticket with you - it is your pass to access this exclusive area of the theatre.
  • To maximize your time, we offer the opportunity to pre-order and pre-pay for beverages and desserts to be enjoyed at intermission. This can be done during your pre-show dining at your table or simply stop by the one of the Fox Club bars before your performance to order cocktails, appetizers, desserts, and coffee.       

What do I do if an emergency happens and I can’t attend my show!!!

  • Contact the Membership office immediately.  Preferably before the show starts. If you get our voicemail, leave a detailed message.  We will respond promptly.
  • In an emergency situation, we can exchange your tickets and place you in another performance time. It is much easier to accommodate the exchange when completed before the show starts.

What services are provided for those with Accessible needs?

  • Accessible parking is located on the north side of the theatre with easy access to the Accessible entrance (blue canopy entrance.) The accessible parking is for all theatre-goers and is available on a first-come-first-served basis.  By ADA standards, accessible parking cannot be reserved.
  • A Fox Broadway Club Member with a registered accessible parking tag can use their membership blue parking pass for an accessible parking space if available. 
  • You are also welcome to drop off at the accessible entrance and park in your reserved membership parking located on the first floor of the garage.
  • To avoid the stairs at the Fox Club entrance, the accessible entrance (blue canopy) opens for Fox Club ticket holders at the same time the Fox Club doors open.  The attendant at the accessible entrance will assist you in getting to the Fox Club level.
  • If you need wheelchair assistance for Fox Club access, please contact the Membership Office in advance. 

What are the hours of the Fox Club Membership Office?

  • Regular hours are Mon-Fri 10am-5pm
  • We extend our hours for the Broadway season ticket shows and are here through the start of the show and are also here for the Saturday and Sunday performances.
  • If you get our voicemail, please leave a message.  Even better … leave a detailed message.  We pride ourselves on returning calls promptly.  We also change our message regularly with important information. 
  • The Membership office is not set up to accept text messages at this time.

How do I go about purchasing additional tickets?

It is a simple call or email to the Fox Club Membership Office. 

 

Broadway Season Tickets

  • Your Fox Broadway Club Season Tickets for these shows include Fox Club access, along with parking in the garage on the reserved member level.
  • Additional tickets for these shows will be located outside of the first five rows and access to the private Fox Club level may not be available. We will do our best to accommodate children with parents.
  • Additional prepaid parking in the Fox Garage is available for $20 and reserved parking on the member level is based on availability.

 

Broadway Specials

  • When purchasing tickets for the Broadway Specials, Fox Club access and Fox garage parking on the reserved member level are included based on club availability/capacity.

 

 

Non-Broadway Shows or Single Night Performances

  • For shows presented at the Fox Theatre not included in yuour Season Ticket Package like one-night performances, Fox Club Members will be offered a limited window of opportunity to purchase tickets exclusively online in real time with the member-only promo code.  A promo code for each special offer will be emailed in advance of pre-sale.  This offer is only for members and we ask that you not extend the code to others.
  • We cannot guarantee 1st five row tickets for non-Broadway shows. Many concerts and shows are often booked on short notice and have only one performance. Some performers have fan club ticketing priority requirements which limits seating in certain areas of the theatre including the 1st five rows. We will always strive to provide the best available tickets.
  • Fox Club access is included and parking is available for $20 in the reserved member level based on club availability/capacity.

Will the show go on if there is inclement weather?

  • THE SHOW MUST GO ON …. As long as the actors are on stage and able to perform, the show will go on.  The Fox Theatre can make suggestions pertaining to the weather but ultimately it is up to the producers of the particular show. 
  • Keep in mind, one of the many fabulous benefits of your membership is the ability to exchange or SWAP your tickets.  Should you decide to forgo your show due to weather, please contact the Fox Club Membership office before your scheduled show begins.  We can exchange and/or SWAP your tickets to another performance time, but we have limited ability to assist once the show has passed.  
  • Should we receive any noteworthy information regarding weather, we will communicate the information via email. 

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

The health and safety of our guests and associates is important to us. Masks may be worn but are not required.
