TICKET DELIVERY
Season Tickets were sent on June 5. New Season Ticket orders will be delivered within 5 business days of purchase. Please review the below information based on your personal delivery selection. Be sure to note your show dates and times listed on your tickets on your personal calendar.
MOBILE DELIVERY
- The link for your tickets was sent in an email from online@metrotix.com.
- Click the link to add your tickets to your smartphone's mobile wallet (Apple Wallet on iPhone, GPay/Wallet on Android) before arriving at the theatre.
- DO NOT PRINT YOUR TICKETS. They will be scanned directly from your mobile device.
- Parking Tickets: If purchased, these tickets were sent in separate emails.
PRINT-YOUR-OWN DELIVERY
- The link for your tickets was sent in an email from online@metrotix.com.
- Click the link to Print out your tickets on a standard 8x10 sheet of paper, one ticket per page. We recommend printing on white paper in color or black & white.
- Tickets must be printed and cannot be scanned from your mobile device.
- Parking Tickets: If purchased, these tickets were sent in separate emails.
MAIL DELIVERY
- Season Tickets for mail delivery can take up to 14 days to be received by USPS. If you do not receive them in this time frame, please let the Season Ticket office know and we will be happy to assist.

TICKET GUIDELINES
EXCHANGE
EXCHANGE your tickets to another day and time of the same show. This is available after you have received your season tickets.
The deadline to EXCHANGE is 24 hours prior to the date and time listed on your original tickets. This benefit is subject to availability in the event of a sold out performance.
NEW! Exchange tickets online and select your own seats. Sign in to My Account to begin.
SWAP
You have the option to SWAP ONE of your Season Ticket shows for another Broadway show in the same season. This is available after you have received your season tickets.
The deadline to SWAP is one week prior to the date and time listed on your original tickets. This benefit is subject to availability in the event of a sold out performance.
BUY ADDITIONAL
BUY EXTRA TICKETS for the Season Ticket shows and the Season Specials with your exclusive season ticket holder promo code in your welcome email. Your promo code gives you priority access and discounted service fees that are only available to Season Ticket Holders. For any questions about the promo code, contact the Season Ticket Office at 314-535-1700. Please have your account number on hand.
Extra tickets for season ticket holders are subject to a REDUCED SERVICE FEE in the Broadway Season and for select concert presales.
The Season Ticket Promo Code is reserved only for Season Ticket Holder use. All ticket orders are reviewed prior to processing. We reserve the right to refund any orders that appear suspicious of possible fraudulent activity, such as listing incorrect contact information or exhibiting suspicious purchasing patterns.
PARKING
Prepaid Parking Packages for the 7-Show or 8-Show Series in the Fox Parking Garage can still be purchased HERE.
Season Ticket Holders enjoy a parking discount of just $18 per show when purchasing the full 7-Show or 8-Show Season Garage Parking in advance (regular price: $20).
Prepaid Garage Parking for extra shows is available individually by entering your extra ticket promo code.
Please note: all other parking lots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Due to capacity limits, prepaid garage parking is unavailable for weekday matinees. Garage parking for these events will be available in a limited capacity upon arrival, first-come, first served.

Please note the following Season Ticket performance schedule changes:

First Tuesday Evening Season Tickets for PETER PAN and SOME LIKE IT HOT will be issued for Sunday evenings, Nov. 24 at 6:30pm and Mar. 9 at 6:30pm, respectively. Both shows will open on Wednesday evening due to show set-up requirements.

Thursday Matinee Season Tickets will be issued for the second Thursday for all shows except PETER PAN, SOME LIKE IT HOT, and & JULIET when they will be in the show's first week on Thursday Nov. 14 at 1pm, Thursday Feb. 27 at 1pm, and Thursday May 22 at 1pm, respectively.

First Sunday Evening Season Tickets for & JULIET will be issued for Sunday evening, Jun. 1 at 6:30pm.

THEATRE ETIQUETTE
1. Please arrive early for the performance. Guests who arrive late may be held outside the theatre until they can be seated without disturbing other guests. We recommend that you arrive approximately 30 minutes before show time to be seated before the performance starts.
2. Please do not leave your seat during the performance. If you need assistance during the show, please see the nearest usher. If additional assistance is needed, the usher will find the appropriate person.
3. Please sit in your assigned seat throughout the show.
4. Please silence or turn off all cell phones and electronic devices. We also ask all guests to refrain from texting or using a phone to check the time during performances. The light is distracting to the performers and other audience members. We encourage you to share your experiences with us on social media, but please wait until after the show or during intermission.
5. The use of recording devices and flash photography is strictly prohibited. Please see the individual show page for more information on the photography policy or call 314-534-1111 for additional details.
6. The sound system for each show is provided by the touring production. Unfortunately, many variables may impede the sound quality. Please see an usher if you are having difficulties hearing the production.
7. Please refrain from talking, humming or singing during the show out of consideration for other patrons.
8. Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the Fabulous Fox Theatre.
9. To ensure the best theater experience for all patrons, anyone making a disturbance may be asked to leave – regardless of age.

Fabulous Fox Season Ticket Legacy Policy
TRANSFER OF SEASON TICKETS IS ONLY PERMITTED AS FOLLOWS:
- We recognize the Fabulous Fox Theatre's unique place in the theater-going lives of many families in and around the St. Louis area. Therefore, if you wish to no longer continue your Broadway Series Subscription, your season tickets may be transferable between parents and children or approved family members. Tradition has been a major source of strength and stability for The Fabulous Fox for over 40 years, and we wish to continue to create fabulous memories with future generations.
- Our corporate subscribers have also been fabulous supporters of The Fox over the years. While some have been acquired or merged with new companies, they have maintained their commitment of support. As such, The Fabulous Fox will continue to extend season ticket renewal privileges to the succeeding business entity resulting from such mergers and acquisitions.
- The Fabulous Fox recognizes many season ticket holders share their subscriptions with seatmates not listed on the account. We will permit the account holders to transfer season tickets to their seatmate. Please note: the seatmate will need to be already listed on the season ticket account prior to any transferring.
TRANSFER OF SEASON TICKETS IS NOT PERMITTED TO:
- NON-FAMILY MEMBERS AND NON-SEATMATES: Non-family members such as friends, neighbors, acquaintances, and co-workers, are not permitted to have Season tickets transferred to them. If the person you wish to transfer your season tickets to is not a family member, they must currently share the subscription with you and be listed on your season ticket account.
IF YOU WISH TO TRANSFER YOUR SEASON TICKETS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES:
- PROVIDE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS: Please include a signed and dated letter stating the name, home address, email and telephone number of the new owner of the seats you wish to transfer.
- PLEASE BE SPECIFIC. When transferring a portion of the seats you currently hold, clearly state which particular seats are involved. Make certain to indicate the specific row and seat numbers you wish to transfer in your instructions.
- INCLUDE PAYMENT. Season ticket transfers must be accompanied by the full payment amount.
- The Fabulous Fox Theatre has the right to refuse any transfer request.
