Bartender
Description:
The Bartender is primarily responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests at special events, shows and concerts throughout the year. This is a part time - hourly position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Setting up and stocking all assigned bar area supplies including glassware, liquor, wine, soda and any other items needed to serve guests.
- Have a reasonable knowledge of wine and wine service.
- Observes guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when drinks are completed.
- Effectively communicates with guests and associates throughout shift.
- Nightly cleaning of bar, which can include sweeping, mopping and cleaning of glassware.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
- Missouri SMART server certified.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays to accommodate our show and event schedule.
