Membership Specialist
Description:
The Membership Specialist is primarily responsible for providing exceptional member and guest service to our members, sponsors and VIP’s.
Position Type: Full time hourly (days and weekend and evening showtimes)
Primary Responsibilities of the Membership Specialist include:
• Builds meaningful connections with our members and guests with the end goal of creating fabulous memories.
• Establishes and enhances the relationship with our membership by communicating in a timely and courteous manner when on the phone, in person and in emails.
• Answers inquiries, offers suggestion, and provides descriptive literature to members and interest guests.
• Handles all members’ ticket and dining requests with proficiency.
• Maintains members’ account data to ensure up to date contact information.
• Assists in the renewal process and new sales campaign of our Fox Club Membership.
• Manages VIP ticket requests and waitlist.
• Assists Fox Theatre ticketing team when needed.
• Responsible for being on call when necessary; on call responsibilities include carrying the work cell phone, checking and responding to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Must be available to work evening and weekend showtimes.
• Additional duties may be assigned that are relevant to Fox business.

• Proper Dress - Follow the dress code as stated in the Fabulous Fox Theatre handbook. Professional attire is required when interacting with Fox Club Members and other guests.
Education and Experience Required:
• Must have a minimum 3 years of experience with members in a Private Club, Luxury Suite, Luxury Service or Call Center environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
