Fox Club Shift Supervisor
Description:
The Fabulous Fox Theatre is looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to oversee other employees and assist with their responsibilities and help ensure a positive experience for our guests.. The shift leader ensures that the shift operates in an efficient manner and attends to any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise. The manager is responsible for all facets of the operations and leadership of the staff. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable dining experience for our guests and increase our profitability.
Responsibilities:
● Supervising daily operations, employee responsibilities, and customer interactions.
● Balancing the cash register at the end of the shift.
● Ensuring guest satisfaction and gracefully handling any complaints
● Assisting bartenders
● Food running
● Communicating between front of house and back of house staff
Job Type: Part-time
