Description:
Take guest orders and serves in dining establishment. Part Time Hourly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
- Writes order on check or memorizes it.
- Relays order to kitchen by POS system and serves courses from kitchen and service bars
- Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
- Totals bill and accepts payment
- Performs side duties and other services as determined by supervisor.
- Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
- Able to stand for most of your shift, and lift food trays
- Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
- Customer Service - Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
